Rabbi Natan

I Give of Myself

I give of myself in a simple way.
How many times do I say,
Awaken, my friend, its a brand new day!
Parts of me rise differently.

I'm aware of the changes, however subtle.
G-d smooths over the most difficult of situations.

I thank Him for helping me over
Treacherous terrain, physical and spiritual.
Always letting me go by myself,
Assisting me when I need His help.

The source of my strength
Never dries up.
When I call upon my strength,
The louder I call
The stronger I become.

My spirit only knows how to say yes.
This makes increasing room for everything.
My mind and spirit expand
A much simpler way of coming together.

I've come a long way in a short time,
And further to go

I hear thoughts all around me, echoing
"He's doing it!"

I keep saying to myself, "I can do it.
I can do it.
Yes, I know I can!"
