For
pelvic floor and vaginal pain:
Add 6 Tablespoons
whole cloves to above flax recipe (cloves will numb
area). Do not use essential oil of clove as it may
burn if used directly on vaginal area. Boil and strain..
You can also add a few drops of essential oil of Rosemary
(stimulation & rejuvenation). Mix well, massage
into painful area, press firmly & gently into
pelvic floor.. breathe into the pain.. opening.
Or, you can make
separate clove juice and add it to the flax recipe
whenever the clove effect is desired: Bring 2 cups
of water, add 4 Tablespoons of whole cloves and bring
to a boil (use a glass, clay, or stainless steal pot,
not aluminum or plastic-coated cookware). Simmer covered
for 10 minutes, then let sit for awhile. Add it to
the flax juice at whatever strength you need it.
Additional herbs
can also be added-depending on the severity and cause
of the symptoms: Rosemary, uva ursa, lavender, black
cohosh, ginseng, dong quai, angelica, poison hemlock
(used in very small amounts since it's powerful medicine).
